Upgrade fees - Unless you have a New Every Two Credit, VZW Corporate charges you a fee to upgrade. We just don't.
ESN Change Fees* - Let's say you want to give your upgrade to someone else on your plan. You will be charged a $25 ESN change fee per line to switch out the phones. That coupled with an upgrade fee adds up quickly. We don't do that either.
Phonebook Swap Fees* - Need your contacts transferred to your new phone? VZW Corporate charges for that too. We choose not to.
